Il Gruppo di Studio Italiano Dolore Orofacciale e Disordini Temporomandibolari (GSID)
Il Gruppo di Studio Italiano Dolore Orofacciale e Disordini Temporomandibolari (GSID) si propone l’obiettivo di diffondere l’evidenza scientifica in tema di bruxismo, disordini temporomandibolari e dolore orofacciale.
Questo è il gruppo FB dell’omonima associazione culturale e scientifica, ramo italiano delle varie accademie continentali in materia di dolore orofacciale e disordini temporomandibolari.
I contenuti del gruppo sono bilingue, italiano ed inglese, ed i partecipanti al forum residenti in tutte le parti del mondo, includendo anche tutti i principali esperti internazionali dotati di un profilo FB.
Nel gruppo, vige la regola del rispetto reciproco e della voglia di crescita culturale, secondo un principio fondamentale: studiare…e farlo nel modo e con l’attitudine giusta! La sintesi di evidenze provenienti dalla letteratura, dall’esperienza clinica e dalle aspettative del paziente è mediata dai moderatori, che filtrano qualità dei contenuti proprio per garantire un prodotto di qualità a chi si mette nella giusta modalità di ricezione del messaggio. Tutti coloro che amano questo tipo di approccio ad una materia così bella (la medicina in odontoiatria!!!) sono benvenuti!
The Italian Study Group on Orofacial Pain and Temporomandibular Disorders (GSID) supports scientific evidence in the area of orofacial pain, temporomandibular disorders, and bruxism.
This is the FB group of the related association, which is the Italian branch of the various continental academies on orofacial pain and temporomandibular disorders.
The group offers several contents in English language, for participants from all countries, by keeping in mind that all main international experts with a FB profile are included in the group.
The basic rule for the audience is having reciprocal respect and willingness to grow, based on a simple principle: studying…and doing it in the right way and with the right attitude! The synthesis of evidences coming from the literature, clinical experience, and patients’ needs is mediated by the moderators, who filter the quality of contents to warrant quality of product for those who are willing to learn. All those who love this kind of approach to such a wonderful field (medicine in dentistry!!!) are welcome!
